Adventure Discovery Treks and Expedition (p) Lt Terms and conditions hold official responsibility. We encourage you to read cautiously. They form the basis on which booking are conventional by us. Unless otherwise affirmed, purchases made through Adventure Discovery Treks subject to these Terms and Conditions in all reservations arrangements, the person who making the reservation shall be considered to have acknowledged these conditions.
No disparity to these Terms and Conditions shall be of any consequence unless made in writing by and with the right of Adventure Discovery Treks and Expedition (p) Ltd.
Down Payment
To insure your booking the trip the 30% down payments is require to make advance as per company policy. As Nepal most liked tourist destinations and always overbooked we encourage you make advance payment on time to secure your reservations.
Balance Payment
The rest payments for the outstanding balance can be made upon your arrival in Kathmandu. If you choose to settle your balance payments by credit card and processes charge of 4% will be taken. A certain percent of bank transfer charge have to pay by you.
Refund
No refund will be given for 30% advance deposit in case of trip cancellation of trip for any other region.
Having paid full amount of any trip, you’re entitled to incur refund in case if you want to cancel your trip. Still, cancellation charge is invoiced to you. Written notification of your cancellation should be made to cancel any trip. Nevertheless, you’re imposed cancellation charge as advised below: –
8 weeks or more deposit retained
7-8 weeks before departure 50%
4-6 weeks before departure 75%
1-4 wees before departure 100%
Client Responsible
A tour / Trek guide who represents Adventure Discovery Treks deserves all authority during your trip. If you commit any unlawful act, you are compelled to leave the tour. No refund will be made is such case.
Travel Insurance
You must purchase comprehensive travel insurance package that covers medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation etc. This is strongly recommended to all our respected clients.
Papers & Documents
All require documents should be presented in series for example to issue visa, essential permits etc. We’re not answerable in case of any trip requirement not complicated in time before the trip departs on the absent of necessary papers and documents.
Risk & Responsibility
Your security and enjoyment is our prime concern. We therefore carry out our responsibility honest and sincerely to make sure your holiday trouble free as well as you have desired. Nevertheless, Unless stated otherwise, trip may be change under unsure and natural circumstances such as land-slides, road blockage, flood, snow, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents etc.. Any extra cost incurring there is your individual responsibility and should be born on the spot.
Delays and Itinerary Changes:
The passenger specifically agrees that we shall not be held responsible for any delays or changes in itineraries caused by an act, omission or other circumstances on the part of domestic airlines or helicopter companies in Nepal; the trekkers/travelers understand that such situations may occur, and that we will not be able to inform them of each possible problem.
The journey highlights and excursion as set out in the itinerary will be adhered to as far as possible, but these are to be used as a guide only. The company or trek staff may make omissions or alterations to the itinerary, highlights, and excursions as they deem it to be needed. Some highlights or excursions may be unreachable for any number of reasons.
Contract:
To secure a booking, the Company requires a finished booking form jointly with a deposit of 30% of the total per person price of the trip or, if there are less than 30 days remaining until the trip is due to commence, the Company requires full payment of the trip. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when the Company has confirmed acceptance by issuing the client with a Trip verification email. It is at this point that a contract between the Company and the Client comes into survival. Before your booking is confirmed and a contract comes into force, the Company reserves the right to decline any booking at their carefulness. The contract is between the Company and the Client, being the person named on the booking form. The contract, including all matters arising from it, No employee, outworker or sub-contractor of the Company other than a director has the authority to vary or omit any of these terms or promise any discount or refund.
