Wonderful trip with Adventure Discovery treks

On a recent and relatively short trip to Kathmandu, my friends and I were hoping to find a company that would be able to take us on a short trek. We were lucky enough to come across Adventure Discovery Treks who immediately accommodated our needs and put together a trek in the Shivapuri Reserve. I felt as though Rabindra, the trek organizer, had really given though to our time limitations and had put together the very best trip for us. We all came off the mountain feeling as though we had seen/done as much as we could have in these days.

We were picked up early on our first day and set off at the base of the reserve with our guide, Dipu. Dipu is very experienced and has immense knowledge of the land. He is a quite peaceful person and brought a relaxed dynamic to our little group. He was always aware of how we were doing and made sure we were comfortable, fed and hydrated at all time. We had some lovely meals with Dipu – he has had amazing climbing and trekking experiences and had very interesting stories to share.

The trek with Adventure Discovery was by far the highlight of our trip. I will always have lovely memories of these experiences to return to Nepal as soon as I can to get some more trekking in!

Thanks again for Dipu, Rabindra and the rest of the team for all their effort! We couldn’t have expected more!
