One of the famous destination for village tourism is Sirubari Village. Many people from various countries have enjoyed visiting it. Sirubari won the “PATA GOLD AWARD 2001” in the Heritage and Cultural Heritage category. The village is totally unspoiled Gurung settlement set in the hills at 1700 meters above Sea level. The climate is ideal at any season. The climate is warm during the September to June. Sirubari village is a short drive and 3 hrs. walk from beautiful lake city Pokhara, the major tourist centre for the Annapurna (Machhapuchhre Himalaya). You can enjoy short trekking having home made delicious milk tea. It is reached from the road to Lumbini, the birthplace of God Buddha. Tourists are welcomed with traditional band into the community and invited to stay in the home of one of the villagers. The accommodation is simple but comfortable with good. The food is delicious and will be eating meals as one of the family members. Lodging, fooding and sight-seeing everything is natural. The scene of fishtail Himalaya(Machhapuchhre) in Annapurna range and Dhaulagiri Himalaya seen from there is really very beautiful and attractive. Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu.
Upon arrival, meet our airport representative and transfer to hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing
Full day Kathmandu valley sightseeing by private car including: Pashupatinath Temple, Bouddhanath Stupa, Buddhanilkantha (Sleeping Vishnu), Swayambhunath Stupa and Patan Durbar Square. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03: Kathmandu to Pokhara
Early morning drive to Pokhara by a tourist bus from Kantipath. It is about 200km and takes 6/7 hours. Check in Hotel and stay over night.
Day 04: Pokhara Sightseeing.
After breakfast proceed for half day sightseeing tour of Pokhara city including Devi’s fall, Gupteshwore Mahadev cave, Seti River, Bindhyabasani temple and Barahi temple with one hour boating on Phewa lake. Overnight at hotel.
Day 05 : Pokhara to Sirubari Village
After breakfast drive to Sirubari via Badkhola, Darau. Stop for lunch en route Syangja Bazar and arrive Sirubari village between 4 to 5 pm. Welcome ceremonies, blessing by village lama, snacks and allocation of accommodation.
Day 06: Rest day at Sirubari.
Depart village on foot for mountain views and sunrise at Thumro. Snacks will be served at Maidan Kharka before sunrise. After viewing sun rise return to Sirubari. Breakfast and Lunch at home. After lunch visit village, funeral place, school and back to home. Dinner with family. Evening culture program at gompa.
Day 07: Sirubari to Pokhara.
Breakfast with family and meet group at gompa for farewell ceremony. Depart Sirubari at 8.30 am for Pokhara via Karkinetta, Seti Doban and Naudanda. Stop for lunch en route. Arrive Pokhara and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 08: Pokhara to Kathmandu.
Transfer to Pokhara airport to fly Kathmandu. Arrival Kathmandu, transfer to hotel and take rest. Evening join a Nepali Traditional Cultural Program with cultural show and dinner. Overnight at hotel.
Day 09: Final Departure
Transfer to International airport for your onward destination..
