Day 04: Drive to Bumthang
which helds the myth and mysterious tales about the Guru Padmasambhava who repelled out the feast and protect the people. Tour to Jakar Dzong, Castle of white bird, Jambay Lhakhang (old monastery) and Mebar Tso, all these are the historical monuments and has great value to Bhutanese. Evening fire ceremony at Jambay Lhakhang, as the festival starts. Overnight at hotel.
Day 05: Tkatsang to Jele Dzong.
4hrs walk, pleasant ascent. Over night at camp (2575m)
Day 06: Jele Dzong – Janchulakha trek.
5hrs walk through amazing green forest. Overnight at camp(2880m).
Day 07: Janchulakha – Jimlantso trek.
Walk 5hrs, furrow the way between beautiful nature land. Over night at camp(3200m).
Day 08: Jimalntso lake – Simkota lake trek.
Crossing many lakes, yak pasture. overnight at Camp(3850m)
Day 09: Simkota – Phajoding trek. Ascent and descent.
Ascent rewards Bhutan’s highest mountain views. Overnight at camp.
Day 10: To, Thimpu trek.
