Day 01: Arrival in kathmandu and transfer to Hotel [1,300m/4264ft]
On your arrival in Kathmandu International please look our airport representative together with Adventure Discovery trek Show board with your Name written on it. Then you will be transfer to Kathmandu Hotel and the Ghorepani trekking briefing will be given at evening together with your trek Guide. Stay overnight at Kathmandu.
Day 02: Drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu
The natural city Pokhara situated 200 km west from the Capital city Kathmandu and takes 7 hours bus drive and 33 minute flight. Normally Tourist bus starts at 7:00am from Kathmandu and fallows the side of Trusuli River. Evening short walk around the city and stay at Hotel.
Day 03: Pokhara to Tikhedhunga (1491m.)
As soon as you take breakfasts in Pokhara your trek start with short drive to nayapul where you will have chance to see the Annapurna Himalayan range wit Fishtail Mountain. The three hour walk to Tikhedhunga today is not hard but gradually up hill and passing Birethanti, Ramghai, Sidame and Hile to arrive Tikhedhunga. Stay overnight.
Day 04: Tikhedhunga – Ghorepani (2865m.)
The morning breakfasts will be provided at Hotel where you stayed after you packed the bags you will climb around 3500 small stone steps to arrive Ulleri which takes around 2 hours slowly. The first view of Annapurna South (7219m) on North side can be visible. Then you fallow forestry trail to Nangethanti for lunch passing thick Rhododendron forests. After Lunch here you walk one and half hour up to arrive Ghorepani passing again Rhododendron trees.
Day 05: Ghorepani – Poon hill – Tadapani (2540 m.)
The most significant day of your entire trek is today so you have to weak up an early to climb Poon Hill to view massive Himalayan range of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri. The view of Dhaulagiri (8167m), Annapurna South (7219m), Nilgiri south, Singa Chuli, Annapurna 1st (8091m), Mt. Fishtail (6993m) and other small snow capped peak makes it worth full. Then we trek up to Gurung Hill and down to banthanti for lunch. After lunch here the steep down to River and short uphill to arrive Tadapani for overnight stay
Day 06: Tadapani to Ghandruk (1940 m.)
A short walk today after breakfasts leads downhill via forests and [passes verikharka. Today walk will be just for 3 hours. The Gurung cultural village Ghandrung offers their traditional museum to visit at afternoon. You will also have chances to visit local school here. Stay overnight.
Day 07: Ghandrung – Pokhara
The last of your walking day goes down through field and villages to Syaulibazar after 3 hours. This is easy day and down hill most of the part bumping road drive but no vehicles are available untill we arrive Nayapul.Trail is pretty flat from there to Nayapul to catch car drive to Pokhara. This day walking will be 6 hours altogether.
Day 08: Pokhara to Kathmandu
After breakfast in the morning transfer to Pokhara Bus Park or airport to Kathmandu. If you traveling by bus which takes 7 hours again on the Prithivi highway along the river and if you prefer flight which takes only 33 minutes. Arrive Kathmandu and stay overnight at Kathmandu hotel.
Day 09: Final Departure to your own destinations
Today your Nepal Annapurna Ghorepani Poon Hill trek comes at the end. Nothing to do accept you can manage some pictures. If you have time still and wish to do some other program let us know. Generally 3 hours before your flight time to get Kathmandu airport is needed in Nepal. So you transfer you to Kathmandu airport for your own destination.
